Working with the IE Debugger in MyEclipse begins with right-clicking on your project, and going to Debug As > 1 IE JavScript
Open the Debug Configurations dialog to configure your debugging settings, inclding the specific project file you wish to debug (i.e. JS, HTML, JSP, etc.) or debug any remote Web page.
